Thanks for stopping by! I'm Ali Walker, a photographer who takes pictures of people. Little people, big people, young people, old people, and people in love. But mostly I photograph weddings. Why weddings? Because I adore them. Each wedding is a unique and amazing feat of design and, most importantly, a celebration that marks a new era in the life of two people. I am always so honored to be a part of what is really a very intimate day for my clients. My photography approach is both artistic and photojournalistic so that I can create a beautiful, honest story through my camera's viewfinder.
Originally from Bellevue, WA, I now call Walla Walla my home. I have two wee ones who are both funny and clever and a fat black cat with an unfortunate name. When I'm not busy behind my camera, I can be found reading Dwell magazine, listening to Regina Spektor, and dreaming of travel.

So I should preface this post by saying that Laura is my sometimes second shooter. She’s seriously talented and I know she’s going to rock the photography program at WSU. Anyhow, she and Carson just became engaged and lucky me gets to shoot their wedding this October! Here are a few of my favorites from our recent engagement shoot. Oh, and I have to apologize to Carson for my dog stealing his donuts while we were out shooting. For shame.
Cassie and Nick were hitched last weekend at 360 Degree Cellars. Amazing Venue. Fantastic couple. There were so many touching moments throughout the day…tears, toasts, and an amazing devotion by Nick’s mom at the ceremony. And the reception was pure fun. Very cool, all of it.

Sarah and Andy were married in Pasco at Stone Ridge Event Center. Sarah was all smiles all day–such a joyful spirit. And Andy was positively sweet and dapper. I had such a good time with these two and their great friends and family. Congratulations to Sarah and Andy!
Sharon and Ben are getting married in September. We headed out to Red Mountain to do some engagement pics. These two are so sweet and funny and I enjoyed spending the evening getting to know them better.
