Thanks for stopping by! I'm Ali Walker, a photographer who takes pictures of people. Little people, big people, young people, old people, and people in love. But mostly I photograph weddings. Why weddings? Because I adore them. Each wedding is a unique and amazing feat of design and, most importantly, a celebration that marks a new era in the life of two people. I am always so honored to be a part of what is really a very intimate day for my clients. My photography approach is both artistic and photojournalistic so that I can create a beautiful, honest story through my camera's viewfinder.
Originally from Bellevue, WA, I now call Walla Walla my home. I have two wee ones who are both funny and clever and a fat black cat with an unfortunate name. When I'm not busy behind my camera, I can be found reading Dwell magazine, listening to Regina Spektor, and dreaming of travel.

Andrea and Marc were married yesterday in Walla Walla at St. Patrick’s. The reception followed at the amazing Hence Cellars. I loved working with these Andrea, Marc, and their families…they are warm-hearted, gracious, and delightful in every way. Many congratulations to Andrea and Marc!

Mischa and Peter found me via Dan and Marissa’s wedding last year. Misha really liked my images and booked me from Boston, where she and Peter live. I loved hearing the story of these two and how they met (in Santiago!). Their ceremony was so thoughtful and tender. I loved how family and friends stepped in to share poetry, song, and well-wishes.
We did a bit of a two-day shoot–first the wedding, and then a day after session. But first, the wedding images.
