Thanks for stopping by! I'm Ali Walker, a photographer who takes pictures of people. Little people, big people, young people, old people, and people in love. But mostly I photograph weddings. Why weddings? Because I adore them. Each wedding is a unique and amazing feat of design and, most importantly, a celebration that marks a new era in the life of two people. I am always so honored to be a part of what is really a very intimate day for my clients. My photography approach is both artistic and photojournalistic so that I can create a beautiful, honest story through my camera's viewfinder.
Originally from Bellevue, WA, I now call Walla Walla my home. I have two wee ones who are both funny and clever and a fat black cat with an unfortunate name. When I'm not busy behind my camera, I can be found reading Dwell magazine, listening to Regina Spektor, and dreaming of travel.

Amy and Ryan were married last weekend in Richland, WA along the Columbia river. I love these two. Their day was gorgeous despite the rain–a truly incredible union of two wonderful families. Lots of love and emotion was floating around. And the reception was a blast!

Hallie and Chance met up with me at Chandler Reach winery to capture some fun engagement shots. Wine tasting? Yes, please! We did sneak in a few shots at the river, too. These two are seriously fun and are new parents to the most adorable little guy. I don’t usually post so many shots from an engagement shoot in my blog, but I had too many favorites to narrow it down much more. I’m looking forward to their wedding this August!
