On Sunday I met the a wonderful family at Howard Amon Park in Richland, Washington for a shoot. It was a bit touch and go because the weather was very cold, but we went ahead and did the shoot and ended up with some great images. Pedro, one of the brothers, is a two time Iraq veteran and will be moving to Georgia with his wife and young son next week. With the whole family together so rarely, it was important to capture some images of them together before the big move.
Here’s Pedro’s son, Cameron.

The brothers. I love how tight and tough they look here. Definite camaraderie.

Here Aunt Sandra takes Cameron for a spin in the snow. We were all huddled together in front of the fire place of the community center to keep warm and were running out every few minutes to snap a few shots.

A little initial action.

Baby J. and his proud parents.

Cameron was definitely happiest romping with his family in the snow.

Isn’t this sweet?

Sandra had Cougar wellies. I so want a pair.

Aren’t his eyes amazing?

So are his.

A sweet moment between a mother and her son.

The whole gang. Look at the flakes!

Pedro and Cam share a kiss.

So, what’s your shoe size? I’ll keep an eye out for the Cougar rain boats and let you know when I see them:)
